All eBooks and digital educational materials available through Fleet Frontier are delivered electronically.After successful payment, the purchased eBook may be provided through a download link, customer account, email or another digital delivery method.

02 Refund Policy

Fleet Frontier aims to provide accurate, useful and high-quality maritime educational content.Refund requests may be considered in exceptional circumstances, including:

• Duplicate payment for the same eBook.
• Payment completed but the purchased eBook was not delivered.
• A significant technical issue prevents access to the purchased digital product.
• A different digital product was delivered due to an error on our part.
• Other circumstances that Fleet Frontier determines appropriate after reviewing the transaction.

03 Duplicate or Incorrect Payment

If you believe you have been charged more than once for the same order, please contact Fleet Frontier with your payment and order information.

After verification, an eligible duplicate payment may be refunded to the original payment method.

04 eBook Download & Access Problems

If payment has been successfully completed but you are unable to download or access your purchased eBook, please contact our support team.

05 How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or report an issue with your order, please email us with the following information:

• Full name
• Email address used during purchase
• Order ID / Transaction ID
• Name of the eBook purchased
• Date of purchase
• Reason for your request
• Payment proof or screenshot, if applicable

Providing complete information helps us verify the transaction and respond more efficiently.

06 Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will generally be processed using the original payment method used for the purchase.

The time required for the refunded amount to appear in your account may vary depending on the bank, card issuer, payment gateway or other payment service provider.

07 Situations Where Refunds May Not Apply

Refunds will generally not be provided in situations such as:

• The eBook has already been downloaded or accessed and the customer subsequently changes their mind.
• The customer purchased the wrong eBook by mistake.
• The customer no longer wants the eBook after accessing it.
• The customer does not like the content after downloading it.
• The customer did not review the product description or details before purchase.

08 Defective or Corrupted eBook

If an eBook contains missing pages, corrupted files, significant formatting problems or another technical issue that prevents normal use, please contact us.

Depending on the circumstances, Fleet Frontier may provide a corrected file, replacement download or another appropriate solution.

09 Cancellation

Because Fleet Frontier primarily provides digital products, cancellation may not be possible after an eBook has been delivered or accessed.

If you experience an issue before the digital product has been delivered, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can review the situation.

10 Policy Changes

Fleet Frontier may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time.Any changes will be published on this page and reflected through the updated “Last Updated” date.
